Food packaging: what products do we develop?
By food packaging we mean packaging such as lids (for example for tomato buckets), plates, transport trays, blister packs, PLA products or sealable packaging. We develop these products for companies working in the confectionary, chocolate, meat, fish, fruit and vegetable, ice cream and cake and pastry industries. However, our products are custom made in 99% of cases. This means that we search together with you for the solution that best matches your product. Would you like to know more? Which plastics are used to develop your food packaging?
We use various types of plastic in developing food packaging. This includes APET, PET PE, APET Metalised, PP, PLA, RPET & Elephant grass. We use these plastics for various reasons. For instance, most of these plastics are easy to recycle, are oven and freezer-proof and are also provided with a so-called barrier. These plastics also ensure a longer shelf life for your products and are easily sealable.
Working method in developing food packaging
At Nedupack Thermoforming we offer everything under one roof. From the initial design to the final production of your food packaging. We meet with you and discuss your requirements extensively. We then develop a 3D model and develop a mould for you. Once this has been delivered and approved, we switch to final production.
